Estela was the consummate role model. Not only was she was an outstanding scientist, but also a warm and caring person. She always took the time to catch-up with me at meetings and to offer advice when needed. Her passing is a great loss to our community. I offer my sincere condolences to her family and wish Jorge a full and speedy recovery.
