Pseudoleukoderma angiospasticum is a rare condition that has not been widely reported in the literature. Central arteriolar spasm with peripheral vasodilatation leads to a presentation of white-checkered patches over the palms, soles, buttocks and flexural areas of arms and legs. It is more noticeable in fairer skin types. We report 2 Chinese males presenting with this condition, one of whom was treated initially as a fungal infection.
